My name is Carmina Aguirre, and I’m a Counselor and Life Coach, among many things!
For years I spent my career working in the area of psychological trauma. Not to mention, I had had to overcome my own trauma and emotional adversity.
In 2013, I was in a DARK, DARK, DARK Place. I knew I had a bigger purpose in the world... I was meant to find "the light" in the darkness, and coax myself out of struggling with depression and PTSD. I desperately wanted to find my smile again. I wanted to live a happy and healthy life.
So what did I do? Like any Wanderluster, I bought a last minute ticket to Italy... where I eventually took a year to find myself... to heal my soul... to find my life purpose.
As an avid traveler, I had explored many countries and began studying spiritual healing practices from other cultures. The fascination of mind-body-spirit has led me to combine my training of psychology, yoga, and energy work to inspire individuals healing journey, spiritual growth, passion, and purpose.
In 2018, I founded La Luce, an alternative wellness company. La Luce means "the light" in Italian. We are here to be your “Guiding Light” and “North Star” whether that is overcoming emotional adversity, ascending on your spiritual journey, and living your life purpose!
